Why Cub Scouting?
Good things happen when kids get out and do.
Scouting is more than another after-school activity. It's a place to explore, build character, make friends, and grow through experiences that matter.
Skills for life
Build independence, practical know-how, problem-solving skills, and confidence.
Friends & teamwork
Learn to cooperate, encourage others, and belong to a supportive group.
Give back
Discover the joy of helping neighbors and making a difference in our community.

Adventure is better in real life.
Picture the stories they'll tell: their first night camping, a campfire with friends, a trail explored, and the pride of trying something new.
These are the moments that turn a weekend into a memory — and remind kids that the world beyond a screen is full of possibilities.

Find friends. Be part of a team.
In Cub Scouts, kids cheer each other on, take turns leading, solve problems together, and form friendships through shared adventures.
It's a place to practice kindness, cooperation, and good sportsmanship — while having a lot of fun.
Service to others
Small acts. Big impact.
Scouting teaches kids that being part of a community means helping make it better. Activities like Scouting for Food turn compassion into action as Scouts collect donations and support neighbors in need.

STEM & discovery
Big ideas. Hands-on fun.
Whether experimenting, designing, building, or racing Pinewood Derby cars, Scouts learn to ask questions and test their ideas.
Science, technology, engineering, and math become exciting when kids get to explore them together.
